Client Brief

Following an in-depth, confidential discussion of your brief and exact project requirements, we analyse and define which of our many services you may require, in accordance with your lifestyle, budget and time constraints. This is individually tailored to suit each project.

Concept

Working from plans, or following a site survey, concept designs are produced and presented for your consideration as full-colour perspective illustrations and/or CGI graphics.

These can be supported by mood boards, including any proposed floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting and electrical arrangements etc. Style, scale and proportions are illustrated and a clear indication of how the space can be most beneficially utilised.

Detailed

Approved concepts are refined and developed into a more detailed comprehensive format. Further development of visuals covering the finer details and finishes are enhanced.

Implementation

Following confirmation of the agreed final design, all selected items and specifications are transformed into working drawings in preparation for the works to commence, ensuring seamless transition from design to realisation.
